Shipping policy

Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days of ordering; however, due to unexpected reasons order processing can take up to 15 business days.

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update. Once your order has begun processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Currently we only provide international standard shipping.

Customs Regulations

Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes or miscellaneous fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. 

For goods shipped internationally, please note that the goods and accompanying materials may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the goods may not conform to destination country voltage (requiring use of an adapter or converter). You are responsible for assuring the goods can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

 

Tax Policy

Currently, we apply a 4% tax only to orders shipped to the state of New York within the United States. For customers outside New York and around the world, no additional fees are charged.
